We are looking for potential partners to outsource our training administration (back office). We are not looking for a "full" Managed Learning Service that would include learning advice, vendor management etc. Our preference would be to find a small player who would offer a professional and effective service. An Accenture is not the right ballpark. Any contact names welcome.

Not quite sure which side of the admin angle you are looking from.We have used people who admin post training matters eg evaluation analysis and tying up loose ends. Or are you looking for admin partners who run with joining instructions etc. I have some contacts but don’t want to send you on a wild goose chase.

Andy I ‘d recommend you talk to Nationwide Training (specifically one of the partners – Annette Turner). They are a training company who deliver ILM accredited programmes. However, I am aware that that they have also provided “administration and audit” support for clients when required. I would certainly describe them as professional and effective.
