I am involved in setting up our companies Leadership Development Programme and I was wanting to organise a little Leadership Library area. In this section I would like to have some relevant material which looks at Management and Leadership.
I was wondering if people have any recommendations on good magazines to subscribe to on these areas?

Management Today, Professional Manager (CMI) and Edge (ILM)
US based:
Harvard Business Review
Sadly there aren’t enough days in the week to read them thoroughly.

An excellent US publication on Leadership and Innovation is Fast Company.

I think that the new “Edge” magazine from ILM is really good, don’t know if you would need to become a member first though.
The new version is way better than the older version.
