Does anyone know of or let me have a Management matrix which talks of high commitment management and links HR, training and IiP: Apparantly it looks a bit like a hexagon?
it has various 'spokes' labelled as follows.....
Works definition (OPERATIONS)
Selection Development & training
PM
Remuneration
Valuing individuals and work
IiP gives you a view of whether this is working.

Can’t say I’m familiar with the model you quote but check out the Management Standards at level 4. I don’t know how they link in with the newer IiP standards but they used to fit like a glove.
EFQM Excellence Model
Dear Andy
You might want to take a look at the EFQM Excellence Model – that is a full organisation model and looks at People and People Results and the IiP have produced a doucment that aligns their model to the EFQM.
