Hi, I have been asked to design a Familiarisation for new managers both those that have been promoted internally and ones coming into the business from outside. This will naturally need to cover a range of experience and skill levels. We are looking at CBT as well as classroom based delivery.

I don't want to make this too big or complicated so would appreciate the benefit of your experience and any tips on how you have approached this type of thing in the past and what has worked well (or not as the case may be).
