I understand Malcolm Massey, an American I think, has produced four videos on the subject of Managing Change. They cover aspects of change through the decades from 1930's. Can anyone help me in this area as I am in the process of producing material for work on Managing Change.

Hi Maria,
I have spent the last couple of years working in a large organisation which has had to change dramatically in order to fight off the competition and increase profitability. Change seems to me to be something that everyone can “buy into” in theory, but it takes considerable effort and support to help people make things really change in practice. Hence there is quite a lot of theoretical stuff around, but not too much about helping people to come to terms with changing in practice. Only by getting people to fully appreciate what change means to them as individuals will organisations really begin to change.
