Working for a mental health charity, were are now looking to change our mandatory training to a more blended learning format, including corporate induction. Has anyone changed their induction training recently, or does anyone have any ideas on how we could make this effective. We currently carry out 6 days of mandatory training including
health & safety, mental health awarenes, anti discrimination, race and 2 day corporate induction.
