Currently researching into the pros and cons of new team and individual tools. Under all the glossy website hype, how useful is this range of tools? Do you need to be qualified to use them? Are they applicable to individuals and teams or just teams? How much does it cost to administer them?

    I have been using TMS profiles for some 9 years or so now. They are applicable to individuals as well as teams. Furthermore, the model includes a work type framework which makes it very easy to move between what people do and what they prefer – I think this is unique. They are a very “user-friendly” set of instruments and delegates are always impressed by their accuracy and utility. In terms of accreditation, they run courses every month. I have used the system for team, individual and leadership/management development, project management and career planning.
