I have been using TMS profiles for some 9 years or so now. They are applicable to individuals as well as teams. Furthermore, the model includes a work type framework which makes it very easy to move between what people do and what they prefer – I think this is unique. They are a very “user-friendly” set of instruments and delegates are always impressed by their accuracy and utility. In terms of accreditation, they run courses every month.
