I have a group of six whose profiles have all come back the same and all the activities I use relate to diffrent types within the group understanding their colleagues types. Has anyone provided a group event with the same MBTI profile types and if so would you be willing to share with me the activities you used. The event I am organising will last for theree hours. I have conducted several different MBTI sessions with different groups, although I have never experienced a group where everyone is the same I do have some thoughts that might work. You could try getting them to experience things through the eyes of thier opposite types. Another idea would be to think of a situation that would force them to think outside thier normal preferences. If you could provide more information regarding what exactly the goal of the session is I might be able to help you think of some pertinent activities.
