Minute Taking Course

I send some staff on a course run by Keys Training. They reported that it was an excellence course, and all returned enthusiastic about taking minutes.

I’d sack anyone sad enough to be “enthusiastic about taking minutes”! Obviously far too many meetings, not enough action in that company.
