Thanks Sarah

The fishbone?
Hi Sarah
This sounds very like the ‘Ishikawa’ tool, also known as the fishbone (the diagram you use resembles one!). It’s often used as a tool for root cause analysis, and allows you to drill down and explore the topics that you have mentioned in greater detail.
Please feel free to email me at startdevelopment@aol.com if you’d like more information.
Kind regards
Kirsten
