Model For Analysing TNA Results

default-16x9

The model needs to be looking internally (not like PESTLE) within the company so that I can group the feedback that I have from a training needs analysis into these classifications.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Sarah

  2. The fishbone?
    Hi Sarah

This sounds very like the ‘Ishikawa’ tool, also known as the fishbone (the diagram you use resembles one!). It’s often used as a tool for root cause analysis, and allows you to drill down and explore the topics that you have mentioned in greater detail.

Please feel free to email me at startdevelopment@aol.com if you’d like more information.

    Kind regards
