I am looking to source some training for a telesales team leader on motivating a sales team. I need the course to enable the team leader to use techniques that will motivate i.e. behavior, set targets, use incentives and motivational language and behavior.
Do you know of any suppliers that offer anything suitable to purchase for in-house delivery, or a public course which is run in the West Yorkshire Area?
I am looking for a course that would last up to 2 days but only have 1 delegate to attend.
