Motivation skills session

default-16x9

I am running a day's course on Motivation Skills for team leaders / supervisors responsible for small teams in an academic environment.

I am looking for some creative input please.

I have many exercises and questionnaires on motivating others / what motivates you etc, but would also like to something a bit different to motivate them, the delegates. Any ideas?

    Hi Colette

Split your course in to two parts, the first half for the team leaders in the room (seven steps to motivating yourself). And the second half for their team (Seven steps to motivating your team). If you don’t put the foundation in by spending active time giving team leaders tips to motivate themselves, they will find it all the more difficult to motivate others. I did this on a workshop I run and it worked really well
