Motivation training for Call Centres


I am looking for a great motivation training course for a Call Centre Manager. If anyone has any experience of these I'd be grateful for some advice.

  1. Motivation for call centres
    I can’t help with a motivation course for the manager, but I do have a highly effective motivational event which can be run for the whole call centre. It doesn’t affect the flow of work, but it does dramatically increase performance – measured in the past at an increase in excess of 35%.
