Can anybody recommend a motivational speaker to speak to around 150 senior businessmen at their annual industry conference?
They need to show some empathy/understanding of major business issues and the challenges faced in running organisations. The speaker needs to be both entertaining and thought provoking and must be able to pitch their talk at a very senior level.

Nigel Risner will wow your audience
Anyone who saw him at HRD2003 on 09 April will know how fantastic Nigel Risner is. I came out of the session yesterday and annoyed my colleagues by raving about it so much! He is clearly a busy guy and in demand, but have a look at his website on http://www.nigelrisner.com . No idea how much he costs (might not be cheap), but you will love it (and so will everyone else in the audience).
