The video is for a conference for managers working in social services. Up to 20 minutes duration. The purpose of the conference is to update managers on developments in social services over the last year, and the purpose of the video is to provide some entertainment - with a motivational message.

Motivation the David Brent way
Hi Sara,
Perhaps David Brent from BBC’s The Office may be able to help you on that one.
I usually find that quoting him on what to say (or not..) is a funny and entertaining way to include in management development workshops. His one-line motivational quotes are his best!!
Not a video but there may be one

A book that I like to use is called “Gung Ho” (sorry don’t know the clever stuff like ISBN!) there may by now be a video associated with it.
Otherwise it might be a good post session reference for your people.
