Target audience is composed of people from the front line or contact center. I wanted to create a warm-up module of 30 minutes with movies-frames about these issues.

Hi Enrico,
Have a look at Youtube and Google Video they have some great movies and sometimes stills from films, that you may find useful.
I also find Google Images very useful, just type in the film you have in mind and it should throw up a number of still shots.
