‘m currently putting together a competency programme for our customer services team and am keen to look at relevant national occupational standards for such roles.
Does anyone have any ideas on where I might find these?

You’ll find links to all NOS suites on the Sector Skills Council website, but the ones you’re looking for are on Skills for Business – http://www.ukstandards.org: they were developed by the Institute of Customer Service in 2006. Hope this helps!

For a full list of standards visit the Management Standards Centre website at http://www.management-standards.org.uk/ where there is a full list of the 2008 & 2004 standards. Just select Standards from the top toolbar
