The Leadership Alliance
There is a video called The Leadership Alliance, which is a Tom Peters number.
One of the “case studies” on it is about a GM components factory and a woman who took it over (I think, if I remember correctly, her name was Pat Cavenagh).
It might fulfill your need because Peters asks a question to which he then offers a reply that relates to “what any good management school would have taught you to do”. Needless to say the video then shows what she did (the opposite) and how it worked. What she did was all about leadership not management.
Part of its power is that it is a real life example rather than a scripted film.
The relevant section lasts about 20 minutes though the video has other examples as well
