Needed – Exercises to illustrate “Evaluation of Training”

default-16x9

I will be running an evaluating training programmes workshop soon and am looking for exercises and case studies to ilustrate evaluation.

I have built the workshop around Kirkpatrick's four level model and anything that supports this approach would be apprecated.

Many Thanks

  1. Evaluation
Try the following resouirces for ideas:
Training Evaluation Toolkit.Rae Echelon 41 instruments
    The Evaluation Toolkit.Simmonds. Fenman
Evaluating Training, Bartram & Gibson, Gower, 24 activities

If you subscribe to UKHRD I would also suggest going to their archives. Remember that Kirkpatrick level one is reactionnaire level and not evaluation- not even validation.
