Does anyone have any ideas for an exercise or game to iclude in a workshop on telephone negotiation skills in recovering debt - I thought of adapting Deal or No deal but am having trouble trying to build relevant learning points into it (i.e negotiating highest repayment after taking into account customers circumstances)). Its for groups of 12.
