I'm looking for a training course in negotioation skills, dealing with unions etc. for one of our senior HR managers who's new to the role. Any ideas? I tried Roffey Park, Hemsley Frazer and Capita, but none of them seem to offer a negotiation skills course at this level.

Try Momentum Consultants Limited’s “Negotiation and Influencing Skills” course.
My company has been using this course for several years with our Senior Management community, and it’s brought real benefits in terms of understanding others’ points of view and the impact that your style has on others in a negotiation.
There are also some simple but very effective tools used, and the facilitators are excellent at identifying and working with the delegates’ specific development areas.
I went on the course myself in June and found it a real watershed in terms of my negotiating style, and have used the experience constantly ever since.
