Details : Neil is a Graduate of Leicester University (BA Philosophy, MSc Training). He has worked within training and development for ten years, the last five of these operating his own consultancy.
The turn of the millenium was accompanied by the stark truth that whilst knowledge and skills are important, it is our attitude which is fundamental to success. Thus BUZZTALKS came into being. An organisation completely devoted to motivational speaking and coaching. Neil now operates exclusively as a 'professional encourager'. He lives in Barlaston (UK) with his wife Paula, and their young son William.
