Never the bridesmaid…

As has appeared to be my style over the last few weeks, this blog mixes the personal with the professional, the two blurring together on the page, a microcosm of my life in general at the moment. So let's start with the TZ shop. The TrainingZone shop is very much open for business. It's had a makeover both under and, er, over the hood: It looks lovely, it's a lot easier to navigate around, it has more suppliers and offers, it's cheaper, and the back-end process is way more streamlined. But mainly it looks better and provides much better value both for prospective customers and the wider membership.
The TrainingZone promotional cogs are also grinding into gear to let everyone know about TrainingZone LIVE 2011, now in its sophomore year. It was a resounding success in its first year, so we thought we'd do it all again. News updates as and when speakers are confirmed will be published and tweeted to the audience so everyone knows what's what, and when to start getting excited (that's now, by the way). There's some info here and here, and more available asap.

Last weekend was all about North Wales for me. I accidentally climbed Mount Snowdon on Saturday, which was great. Picturesque scenery, hard work on the way up, a mini-hailstorm, flapjacks, it had it all. But best of all it gave me enough excuse to spend the rest of the weekend lying around eating cheese and drinking wine.

This weekend I have an engagement party on Friday and a wedding on Saturday*. People like to move quickly with their plans these days don't they?

*different couples, obviously.
