As part of this course I am looking for new or sucessful existing exercises or games or useful video clip ideas in negotiation skills, objection handling and questioning techniques. I have used the montly python 'life of Brian' in the market clip for negotiation skills and it worked very well. I am aiming to develop a fun and interactive day and am looking for such exercises to acheive this whilst developing the delegates skills in these areas. The course is aimed at staff who have been with the company between 1-2 months therefore are still at their early stages of development. Any ideas or useful sites would be a great help. Thank you.
