Non-Corporate Confidence/Assertiveness Training

One of my Clients is looking for a training course to help develop confidence, self esteem, assertiveness etc.

The course should not be corporate based / work related, rather it should be a personal development / lifestyle course for an individual rather than an "employee" ....

Has anyone got any idea who would run such non-corporate courses ((1 delegate only)).

Please e-mail me directly: [email protected]

or telephone: 01628 638282

or post a message here -

Many thanks

  1. Personal Development Courses
There is a personal developmwnt course run at Signpost Resource Centre, Colchester (01206 861 800). Also you could try “The Nice Factor”, I think they’re based in London – they certainly run courses & have a book of that name…I have no idea where you are, so sorry if these are not in your area!

  2. A Presentation Skills Course might help!
This suggestion may not be as focussed as you would like but it is an option. 4 to 6 weeks after our Powerful Presentations course we always contact delegates to see how they are progressing. The message that keeps coming back from them and their managers is that their overall confidence has increased considerably. I guess that if you have been helped to conquer your greatest fear the rest of life is easy!

  3. Boost Your Confidence
Dont know of any specific courses but I coach individuals who want to improve their self esteem, boost their confidence and indeed maximise their talents.

The sessions can be face to face or over the telephone which is just as effective.

Please feel free to either email [email protected] or telephone me on 01753 577439.
