Novotel Scoops Training Award

The Novotel London West has won the Excellence in Training and Development category at the annual UK Hotel & Catering Personnel and Training Association Awards.

It is the third award that the Hammersmith based hotel and conference centre has received for its Service Extraordinaire programme.

René Angoujard, General Manager of Novotel London West said: “The impact of Service Extraordinaire both within our business, our industry and the wider business community has surpassed even our own expectations. The staff here are justly proud of their achievements and this recognition only goes to add to their sense of achievement."

Service Extraordinaire was introduced at London Novotel West with the aim of addressing customer service issues and raising standards of delivery across all areas of the hotel, it is now being rolled out throughout parent company Accor.
