The target audience is Sales Managers with little to no formal training in this topic. Issues needing to be covered include: appropriate relevant questioning & probing; matching against a selection criteria; decision making etc. Being very short notice, I don't have the time to devise and prepare the materials myself and don't have the budget to buy-in the training delivery - hence the reason for seeking a suitable package.
