Can anyone recommend a provider of "off the shelf", reasonably priced training materials (i.e. outline, trainer notes, overheads, exercises etc) for the following subjects:
Time Management
Appraisal Skills
Interview Skills
Various Management Development
Coaching Skills
I would like to offer such courses inhouse, but am aiming to avoid lengthy course development time and simply tailor / tweak where appropriate.

Hi Louise, try http://www.trainerslibrary.co.uk they have a monthly subsciption which gives you access to a wide variety of training material and team building games and its added to regulalrly. This may give you the building blocks that your looking for and then you can simply tweak them to fit your individual company and learning needs
