can anyone help. i am looking for value for money workshop style training packages. aimed at supervisor/first line managers (level3/level4 nvq). i am looking for soft skills packages, motivation techniques, assertivness, interview and appraisal skills, training needs analysis etc. packages should be designed to be delivered in no less that two and a half hours and no more than 5 hours.

You could try looking at the material available through Echelon http://www.learningmatters.com and use it to put together the short workshops you define. The material is clear and concise and is well received by people I know who have used it.
