Can anyone recommend an online supplier of performance management/ appraisal systems that we can take a look at.
We're just at the scoping stage at the moment so the ability to run us through an online demo is a must. We'll then invite 2 or 3 to a more formal demo.
The system will need to support our competence framework and be able to link to training solutions.
For the record we've already looked at Success Factors and Carbon360, both of whom impressed in different ways. Any pointers gratefully recieived.

The HR Software Show is at Olympia 18-19 June. Entry is free and it is a good place to browse what is out there and make direct comparisons.
In the end we went for tailor-made rather than off the shelf, but some of the newer packages are better than they were a few years ago when we looked.
