Hi all

Does anyone have any recommendations for an online IT Training Needs Analysis Tool?

I am looking into using one for our employees.

    Hi Steve,

    There may be on the internet but most  training providers would have developed their own TNA's as we have so would provide these to clients to meet with the software or systems training they are looking to cover.  We have also inbuilt markers that we would evaluate to determine the tailoring or level of training required.

    Thanks for your response. I am familair with the process providers use and have used this in the past. In fact I worked for an IT Training provider in the distant past!

    On this occassion I would like to find out the current level of IT skills and training needs generally over a range of packages including our own bespoke systems, so was hoping for a customisable tool that I could use a little like an online survey.

    We have many employees who work remotely so an online tool would be ideal.
