This is a special guest workshop running live from the World Open Learning Conference and Exhibition (WOLCE) at the National Exhibition and Conference Centre, Birmingham. It will involve a panel of guest speakers debating the issues around whether online learning is - or ever can - make a significant contribution to staff development.
