Online Support Boosts Teaching Skills

default-16x9

Twice as many teachers and lecturers are being given access to information and advice that should boost the skills of UK education.

The Teacher Support Network has launched an online programme offering confidential email coaching for its 17,000 users.

Chief Executive of the organisation, Patrick Nash emphasised the value of such efficient support for education.

“Teacher Support Online allows teachers and lecturers to email a personal coach on any workplace or personal concern and receive an answer within 24 hours.

“Offering services via email allows us to reach many more teachers and lecturers cost-effectively.”

The scheme was launched on Wednesday, March 22 at The Atrium, Westminster. Guests of honour included Lord Hunt, parliamentary Undersecretary of State, Department for Work and Pensions, and comedy writer and actor, Arabella Weir.
