This workshop will be about communication within teams. The discussion will focus on problems that most commonly occur and how to solve them. Please offer problems, advice and tips that you know are useful.

- Where we most often have problems and how can we deal with them
- What really works and why
- What are the pitfalls of the e-world for communication within teams
- How has globalisation affected team communication
- How to create a ‘common language’ within a team
- How to get around some of the most common communication barriers
About the facilitator
Annemarie Caracciolo provides team management and development courses in the UK. Annemarie worked on Wall Street and was General Manager of a New York City based event management business before coming to the UK where she worked with Brathay Development Training.
