I am interested in hearing the experiences of anyone who has recently set up an open learning centre. I would particularly welcome hearing about the things that went well as well as any pitfalls to avoid. I would also be interested in visiting your site if it is in or around West Yorkshire

I visited an Open Learning Centre last Saturday as part of my IPD Certificate in Training Practice. It was excellent and I am sure if that is the sort of info you are looking for, they would give you advice.

We are in the strange position that we have an Open Learning Centre, which is well resourced with facilities but we are unsure what resources (CD ROms etc) to but.
