Oracle Training – Daily Rates

default-16x9

Can anybody help, I am looking for an Oracle Trainer and I need some advice as to how much we should be looking to pay on a daily basis. So far what we have been quoted seems to be well over the top.

  1. You could try going direct
Training companies tend to charge a premium to provide trainers. You could try an agency eg. Training synergy or capital. They can provide trainers direct and will probably be around half the cost.

  2. try the tenders section
    Keith,
try entering the details into the tenders section of TrainingZONE, putting what you believe to be a fair rate of pay and see what response you get.
i would anticipate that you will be paying around £350 – £500 a day. If the cost is a major factor try and cut out agencies as they will take a cut of the fee.

  3. Oracle Trainers
    Hi Keith

You haven’t said what sort of Oracle trainers you’re looking for… Oracle development? DBA? Financials or other applications?

You will find the rates vary considerable depending on the length of the contract, location and type of Oracle training.

Bear in mind that this is a specialist area and the best trainers have a wealth of experience to back up their training ability.

I know a number of Oracle applications trainers I could put you in touch with – feel free to contact me for details.

  4. Oracle direct
Just a word of warning that should you approach Oracle directly for a trainer they may charge you in excess of £1,900 per day (yes, that’s nearly 2 thousand) – well that’s what they tried to charge us – we went elsewhere!
