Are you looking just at management structure or a complete ‘re-engineering’?
I would recommend The London Business Support Service – a private company not a gov org. (http://www.thelbss.co.uk) they work as a team approach using appropriate specialists rather than just one person for a lower daily rate than many individuals. They are very good at what they do.
