Our intranet browser

Please, Please, help where I am currently working we have an intranet site, which is excellent it has all the relevant information to help our customer services staff deal with customers queries over the phone. This information is constantly kept up to date, which means it changes all the time we let our start know of what the changes are by put on a daily information page which is forces onto their system when they login in the morning.

My problem is, that when we get new members of staff I try and encourage them to use the browser to get information that they require. If anyone knows a training plan or material which I can use to get new members of staff interested in using the company browsers, while they are in training with out having to ask someone or having to find bits of paper anywhere that is out of date. Please let me know

Your help will be much appreciated.

  1. We take time in our induction to show new recruits
As an integral part of our induction process, we ensure the new recruits use and familiarise themselves with our intranet with quizes and constant referrals back. If you’d like to discuss further, please don’t hesitate to contact me on [email protected]
