outdoor training

default-16x9

We are developing outdoor training programmes in Portugal, focused on the learning component and integrating relevant outdoor activities (sports, games, etc.)for teenagers, students and young professionals. Our main area of interest relates to cross-functional skills, such as leadership, problem-solving, team building, creativity, etc.. I would appreciate any suggestion on contents, team activities, evaluation processes, games ...

Try using the search box at http://reviewing.co.uk
You should find quite a few answers to your questions – and links to lots of other outdoor training resources on the web. For games my favourite site is http://www.deepfun.com
My own site is more about activities for reviewing activities.

  2. A good book
I would suggest getting ‘The Pictorial Guide to group work activities. by geoff Sanders, Published by sanders, ISBN: 0-9517302-0-7

  3. Outdoor Team Events linked to Real Working / Life
May I recommend a friend, Jon Toulson (01530-417727). He is the most effective outdoor trainer I have ever met, and has an excellent reputation. I’m sure he would be happy to discuss with you your project.
