Outsourcing Training

default-16x9

We are looking at the possibility of outsourcing some learning solutions and administration. Can anyone help with process, lesson learnt or any other advice. I would also like to hear from people who have been outsourced for their opinions and experience

Thanks

Try calling Tony Barritt who has been in the training industry for over 15 years and has good experience of managing outsourced training, he will be able to put you in contact with other people who will be of relevance.

    His number is 07774 415 539

    Thanks

  2. I have some experience of training outsourcing.
I have experience of outsourcing both as head of internal training at PwC and also advising clients on the process. If you would like to discuss issues, pitfalls etc please give me a call on 020 8858 6206.

  3. Don’t!
As an in-house trainer who used to work for an IT company who then outsourced – please don’t! You won’t get the same committment, you may find that your original team is “moved on” to other locations and their replacements neither have the historical technical knowledge, interest in the people and possible local (to your company) technical skills. Outsourcing was fashionable 10-15 years ago – but to what cost… (and it’s not fashionable now!).

  4. Outsource Training
We are a training provider and deliver training solutions for local business.

My advice is that you ensure the learning outcomes are agreed before you commit. We are very committed to delivering what the customer needs and believe that if we don’t show this committment we would never see the customer again and we would be out of business!

By the way most of our business is repeat.

You could contact your local business link who will offer you three alternative training proiders – with bias.

    Good luck
