Subject: MALPAS CIPD- HJ.MD.ZULKIFLI BIN PPHM SALLEH

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was a student of MALPAS CIPD in 1998-2001, under the sponsorship of Brunei Shell Petroleum, based in Brunei Darussalam.

I passed all the Examination during that perion but was not awarded the CIPD qualifications as I did not complete my assignments and my final Project Paper.

I would therefore apppreciate if your side can respond to me the following queries:

1. How can I rejoin the membership ? I was an affiliate member until about 3 years ago.
2. Since I have passed all the papers I sat, would I be able to be considered to continue and finish off within the next few months ? If so, please indicate how ?

3. If I were to be allowed to continue, can I do it in the UK ? Or in Brunei ? Can we gain assistance from British Council for submission and others ?

4. Upon completion, I would like to look at Malpas as my potential Business partner in this region, is is possible ? For infomation, one of my papers was based on the idea of bringing over the Concept/Ideas to this part of the world.
