I am looking for resources to help me demonstrate that if people challenged their perceptions they could change the way they reacted to things, breaking negative habits and cycles.
In addition to this I would like to try an idea using Edward de Bono's lateral thinking exercises. I believe the combination of challenging old beliefs (perception) supported by a technique for actively looking for a new belief might work quite well.
Has anyone tried this succesfully? Any thoughts?

Perceptions…
Hi Molly,
I’ve got the ‘young woman, old hag’ picture and several others that works well when talking about perception.
Drop me an email and I’d be pleased to forward them on.
kind regards,
