Performance Coaching for Managers

default-16x9

Hello! and Happy New year!

I am in the process of designing a performance coaching training for managers. I am using the solution focused coaching method in my practice. I would like to find out if any one has delivered a training on performance coaching in two days and if you could share the outline with me. There is so much i want to cover and i am challenged with scaling it down to something they would enjoy, short and can immediately use back at work.

I would be so grateful to learn of your advice on content, outline, activities and articles.

Thank you

Ivy

  1. Your outline

    Hi Ivy,

Could I suggest you detail all the things you want to cover? That might prevent any of us from giving you more content that you want to include and maybe we could help to hone the content you already have?

    Kind Regards

    Russ
