I am interested in obtaining information in regards to tools/instruments and/or methodology to measure the impact/benefit of our program. The program is a non-profit experiential/theraputic education. We are an adjunct program working with incarcerated and at-risk young adults. I am trying to find information that can be applied to both a day program and also for programs up to 21 days. I am looking for information that can measure results in the area of life & competency skills. Examples to measure results in are: anger management, decision making, communication, dealing with authority, and problem solving skills. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
