Personal Behavioural Styles

default-16x9

I am delivering a (one day) Myers Briggs type workshop which will allow delegates to:
- Know their own personal work style
-Be aware of colleague's personal style
- Understand how personal style can impact on teams
- Know the team behavioral strengths and weaknesses
- Relate this to the working environment

I'm in need of relevant interactive exercises that can be used to reinforce the messages/learning relating to personal behavioural styles throughout the day. I'm delivering this to teams of 4+. Any ideas would be welcome!

Thanks,

Ross

  1. buy yourself a manual from OPP
Assuming you are licensed to use the Myers, which I hope is the case, invest in one of OPPs excellent manuals stuffed full of exactly what you want. If you’re not licensed, then get yourself trained pronto!

  2. Teleometrics?
    Hi Ross

My undertsanding of the workshop you are wanting to run is that you are looking for exercises that help delegates understand their behaviour, and that of their colleagues and teams.

Have you considered Teleometrics Instruments? These are a range of self assessment and feedback exercises that model exactly the types of behaviour you’re looking at. I’d be happy to send you some more info offline.

  3. MBTI Exercises
    Hi Craig,

I’ve run lots of MBTI workshops for different companies and have a few good exercises. If you want to give me a ring I can go throught them with you and see if any of them will suit.
