PRE- COURSE QUESTIONNAIRE

default-16x9

Dear All,
I need to assess what the participants would like to learn by going to a specific class.

Do you have any examples of pre-course questionnaire that has been useful for you to sent before a course?

Thanks,
Adriana Ferguson

  1. Learning style questionaire
    Good Morning Adriana,

I’m going to assume that the content of the training course has already been decided upon when you were approached to provide the course or maybe it is the result of a LNA you have perfomred. If this is the case it might be better to find out your delgates learning stlyes before the course so that no matter what you train them on it will be beneficial because it will have an impact on them .

This link below was posted on another thread from any answers and it is quite good.

If you could send the pre course questionaire out by email this may be useful. If not then a paper verison could be adapted too.

If this is not useful for you then when designing the questionaire use plenty of open questions and block out a large space of your diary to anaylise the results as they could well be very varied.

    Hope this helps.
