5. The key to presentation skills training is empowering your train
   Hello Lindsay
   The key is to make sessions practical for the trainees and to be able to give them valuable and supportive feedback so that they can really develop areas of presentation – whether it be style, delivery, language – without feeling critisised. It’s an exercise in empowerment so you must lead by example.
