Problem solving

default-16x9

I am spending three hours on problem solving sor a group of middle managers who have had no management training before.

I was hoping to spend the afternoon giving them a problem to sort out with feedback on how they handled the process and analysing the different outcomes - any ideas you clever lot!

Depends which part of “problem solving” you want to focus on but Murder at Glasstap Grange gives you loads to feedback on – it’s a fantastic exercise for problem solving and communicating in teams – and will just about do your time slot!

You can check it out in the TrainingZONE Library here – hope it fits the bill.
